Booking
Visit http://www.pearsonvue.com/programs and select the relevant test program from the Test Taker Services section. Next, select 'Schedule a Test' on the right-hand side of the page and complete the necessary fields. Upon confirming the booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Pearson VUE. This confirmation will contain information such as the time, date and location of your test, including directions to the test center.

Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm) and Saturday (9.00am to 12.30pm)

Rescheduling or Cancellation of Scheduled Exam
A candidate who wishes to reschedule or cancel their scheduled exam has to inform ST Engineering e-Services Pte Ltd (Exam Administrator) at least 2 working days in advance of the actual exam date. You can contact us during normal office hours.

ST Engineering e-Services Pte Ltd will not be able to accept any last minute requests for any cancellations or re-scheduling of the exam date on the actual exam date itself and no refunds will be made. Candidate will be considered NO SHOW if failure to turn up for the scheduled exam.

Time of arrival at the Testing Center
Please plan to arrive at the testing center 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.

Identification Forms
You must provide two (2) forms of identification to the testing center, both with signatures and one with a photograph.
Forms of identification can be:

NRIC / FIN
Driver's license
Passport
Student ID
Credit card

Items prohibited in the testing room
You are not allowed to bring any personal items such as:

Books
Notebooks
Purses
Mobile phones
Smartphones
Tablets / e-Book Reader
Alarm Clocks
Food or drinks

Please store all your personal belongings in the lockers provided.

Exam Results/Score Report
Your score report is printed automatically when you finish your exams. However, BETA exam will not be furnished with any score reports.
