Recent occurrence of cyber incidents such as WannaCry ransomware and NotPetya virus attack have highlighted the urgency for businesses and individuals to take cyber security seriously more than ever. Cyber-attacks are getting more sophisticated and impactful with Lloyd's estimating global cyber-attack could spur S$166 billion in economic losses as a lot of companies are still underinsured from cyber losses. To create a safer cyberspace, it is a concerted effort from everyone in an organisation to take preventive measures to safeguard their computer systems and digital devices from potential cyber-attacks. Businesses and individuals must stay informed and consistently build cyber awareness and capabilities against cybercrimes which could result in economic losses.

This half-day Cyber Security Awareness seminar aims to educate computer users to recognise potential cyber-attacks from email phishing, ransomware and social engineering & the preventive measures to avoid cybercrimes.
