Boot Camp - Upgrading from PMBOK 5th to 6th Edition
Starting from 26 March 2018, the PMP-Exam will be based on the sixth Edition of the PMBOK (2017). There are about 20% changes in the contents between the fifth and sixth edition as the new edition emphasize on the Talent Triangle of PMI which embraces the technical, leadership, strategic and business management knowledge of managing a project successfully. Thus, the sixth edition has 49 processes to incorporate three new processes - Manage Project Knowledge, Control Resources, Implement Risk Responses. Though the Chapters remain as 13, Chapter 3 is specifically enlarged to explain on the role of the project manager.
The ten knowledge areas are:
Day-1 is to go through by solving the latest questions pertaining to the sixth edition – 14 alignment exercises or equivalent to 140 questions.
Day-2 is the mop-up exam to solve the 200 questions within four hours in a simulated exam environment.
The final session of Day-2 is to wrap-up the two days of intensive yet effective transform of the mindset from the fifth to the sixth edition to sail through the PMP-Exam.

The 2-day boot camp is to align all candidates who study the fifth edition of the PMBOK with the 6th Edition to assist them to pass on first attempt.
