MARKETING

Our Marketing Team is responsibile to build Brand Leadership. This is achieved through leads and needs generation. They invest in learning about our customers and building real relationship with our customers through conducting regular market research and analysis, organizing networking nights and etc.

The team constantly explores varied communication channel to reach out to our different customer segments. They update our customers on relevant technologies and learning trends so that timely decisions can be made to "Up-Skills" and sharpen their competitive edge.

SALES

Our Direct Sales Team is responsible to build Revenue Leadership. This is achieved through customer acquisition and retention programme (CARE). The team builds intimate customer relationship through understanding our customers and their industries specific needs.

The team is segmented into the Private Sector (MNCs, Large & Medium Corporations), Public Sector (Ministries, Statutory Boards & Academics), Partners Sector (Channels) and People Sector (Small Business & Consumers). The Private Sector is further segmented into the various industries to better serve the customers needs.

TECHNOLOGY & TRAINING

Our Technology & Training Team is responsible to build Thought Leadership and deliver Consistent Quality Training, each time and every time! COMAT invests at least 3 % of our annual turnover in R & D to improve our Instructional Design, Method of Instruction and Solution Design that impacts business and organization productivity. Our team constantly reviews our Instructional Design Methodology premises on ADDIE and Method of Instruction on L'KirkPatrick Training Effectiveness. COMAT has one of the largest pool of full-time employed trainers with an average of at least 7 years training and consultancy experience. COMAT is committed to upgrade our trainers' competency to stay ahead of the learning and technology curve.

CORPORATE SERVICES

Our Corporate Services Team is responsible for a seamless customer fulfillment experience premises on our Total Customer solutions. From fuss-free administration such as enrolment and confirmation of training schedule, resource allocation of trainers, equipment and courseware and advice on funding related issues to timely and accurate billing, the Corporate Services Team is committed to deliver exceptional customers services for maximum learning outcome!
