Our Training Methodology
Presentation
A brief introduction of the subject is usually presented to the
trainees, giving them a good overview of the topics to be covered.
Whenever possible, the trainer will relate or associate the topics
to its actual uses in the working environment.
Demonstrations & Examples
The steps are demonstrated with commentary by the trainer. The purpose
is to allow the trainees to observe the entire procedure and the
subsequent results. Whenever possible, a finished example is used
in the demonstration. The objectives are well defined and trainees
know what is expected of them.
"Step by Step" Guidance
Trainers will guide trainees using the "Step by Step"
method of instructions to achieve a particular exercise. This will
ensure that trainees will learn by performing the actual exercises
themselves.
Review Exercises
Review exercises are useful as they serve as "check points"
for trainees, and allow trainers to gauge the trainee's comprehension
of the subject and their ability to perform tasks taught. Whenever
time permits, additional review exercises are used to further familiarize
trainees with the various tasks.
Questions & Answers
There are Q & A sessions to allow trainees to clear their doubts
and to ensure that trainees are able to follow the lesson.
Certificates of Achievement
Participants with at least 75% attendance will each received a Certificate
of Achievement from COMAT for all Information Worker Competency
Course and system technical trainings, trainees will receive official
certificates from IBM and Microsoft.
