COMAT takes pride that for more than two decades, we had established ourselves as the Premier Education and Training Provider to the private, Public, Partners and People sectors. Our success and sustainability since 1984 was largely attributed to our ability to learn, un-learn and re-learn to stay relevant to our customers and the industry.

In April 2002, mainboard listed Horizon Education & Technologies Ltd (now know as Global Voice Group Limited) acquired COMAT. In September that same year, we became a fully owned subsidiary of Knowledge Alive Pte Ltd (KAPL), a joint venture between Singapore Technologies Training and Simulations (STTS) and Horizon Education & Technologies Ltd. This was the beginning of a new chapter for COMAT and a significant turning point as it allowed us to make a quantum leap to the next stage in our quest for excellence. Backed by HET and STTS' expertise and resources, COMAT now offers the best of both worlds - classroom and online learning. We continue to remain focused in our core competency - skillz-based Education and Training that impacts business and organization productivity growth.

COMAT's mission is "Empowerment through Education and Training". We understand that we are in a people business and customer satisfaction is paramount. We have and will continue to invest our People, our Products and our Processes (The 3Ps) to deliver COMAT's Total Customer Solutions premises on Consistent Quality Training, Customer Intimacy, Convenience and Competitive Pricing (The 4Cs Area of Excellence).

COMAT is the only Gold Certified Partner Learning Solutions (CPLS) with Information Workers and Custom Development Solution Competency. We are Registered Education Provider (REP) for Project Management Institute (PMI) and Adobe Solution Network (ASN) Training Centre. We believe in growth through strategic allianced and will continue to establish win-win partnership with industry players to create values for our customers.

We believe that a Premier Training Provider must have a sound Instructional Design Methodology to ensure consistent quality delivery, knowledge and skills transference that influence attitudinal change in the participants. COMAT invests at least 3% of our annual turnover in R&D to improve our Instructional Design, Methods of Instruction and SOlution Design that impacts business and organization productivity.

COMAT offers the flexibility of a highly customizable solution to meet the varied needs of our customers. We achieved that with our comprehensive selection of courses, different delivery modes and methods. We have 15 well-equipped labs for clients who want to send their staff for training at our premises, conveniently located @ The AMARA in the central business district. For customers who prefer training conducted at their premises, COMAT offers the Satellite Training Centre (STC) and the Mobile Training Centre (MTC) options which are well- received. Our equipment can be set-up with training commencing within two hours of reaching our clients' premises.

One notable differentiation of COMAT is the ability to design, implement and manage large-scale training project effectively for participants varying from 500 to 5,000. The Solution Design can encompass 1-to-1, 1-to-few and 1-to-many delivery.

As a leading IT training solutions provider and a firm believer in training, re-training, learning and skills development, COMAT believes that the cycle of learning and knowledge is infinite, a never ending journey, hence the first 2 letters, "C" & "O", resemble the mathematical symbol for infinity. The "O" is in red, representing strength, dynamism, passion and energy. Blue alludes to the conducive and creative Training environment that is in place for all of COMAT's trainees, whether the classes are conducted at COMAT's own classrooms or at the clients' premises. In all its endeavors , COMAT will ensure that its 5 core values of Excellence, Superior Customer Service, Integrity, Teamwork and Innovation always shine through and resonate soundly from every level of the company.
