Trainer: Ms Judy McBurney is an entrepreneur with over 27 years of international business experience in Asia, Australia and United Kingdom and has held the position of Country Manager for a SAP Partner in Singapore. She has successfully operated and run international companies and franchises, in addition to training different levels of staff in the areas of customer service, team building and communication skills. She frequently shares her extensive business and workplace experiences with participants at in-house interactive workshops to assist them to develop their strengths. Since 2002, she has been a speaker and trainer for business organizations and area groups, addressing challenging issues such as understanding the job market and career transition; financial management, employee communications, effective recruiting, interviewing, strategic HR and personal work-life effectiveness.
