Our success and sustainability since 1984 was largely attributed to our ability to learn, un-learn and re-learn to stay relevant to our customers and the industry.

In April 2002, main board listed Horizon Education & Technologies Ltd (now known as Global Voice Group Limited) acquired COMAT. In September that same year, we became a fully owned subsidiary of Knowledge Alive Pte Ltd (KAPL), a joint venture between Singapore Technologies Electronics (Training and Simulations), ST Elect (T&S) and Horizon Education & Technologies Ltd (HET). This marked the beginning of a new chapter for COMAT in our quest for sustainable growth. Backed by HET and ST Elect (T&S) expertise and resources, COMAT now offers the best of classroom and online learning.  We continue to remain focused in our core competency - skills-based IT Education and Training that impacts business and organization productivity growth.
