Event Marketing Executive
Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for Budgeting, Planning, Coordinating and Executing Event Calendar for the whole year including pre, and post event support and activities including 1. Event Management 1.1. To ensure that all events and promotion are align to company goal. 1.2. Formulate and manage high profile events and initiatives. 1.3. Initiate and maintain corporate relations with industry players within the industry. 1.4. Support all assigned events in accordance with agreed timelines, scopes of work and budgets. 1.5. Liaise with respective divisions to provide event logistics support and ensure smooth execution of all events 1.6. Maintain a complete, updated and accurate list of events in terms of calendar, venue rate card, external event companies and all other event platforms etc 1.7. Coordinate and manage corporate events with different internal divisions & stakeholders.
2. Events Operations 2.1. Support all assigned events in a professional manner and to the highest standards, based on internal and external customer feedback. 2.2. To feedback to immediate supervisor when face with objection or “road blocks so as to ensure execution of the event. 2.3. To execute the event according to the company workplace safety and health policy. 2.4. Manage pre-event and post-sales client relationship; and be the Point of Contact as well as be the Project Manager for the event or exhibition. 3. Products & Market Readiness 3.1. Gain a complete and ongoing understanding of the products, programs, certifications, and promotion strategies so to align to company business goals. 4. Marketing Support 4.1. Attend seminars and events whenever held at the center or other venue. 4.2. Attend trade shows, local school events, etc., as assigned, to generate new business. 5. Report to Corporate Marketing Manager
Requirements • Experience in leading and managing events • Results-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities • Good track record in marketing and industry relations. • Good written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills • Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind
